Daloua Clothing Return Policy

At Daloua Clothing, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items, including clearance or discounted products, cannot be returned.

Accessories, undergarments, and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at [care@daloua.com] with your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item.

4. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within [24 hours] to the original payment method.

6. Exchange Process:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Store Credit:

If you prefer, we offer store credit for returned items, which can be used for future purchases.

9. Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

10. International Returns:

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
